I have the Delta H4 Xenon lights in my '70. They are heavy glass construction, complete with aligning tabs and a waterproof rubber gasket on the back. The bulbs are standard sized modern H4 bulbs you can find local parts stores.

To install them you'll need to modify the sheet metal behind the headlights, to open the hole wider. The H4 bulbs sit deeper into the hole, and are wider than the stock bulb socket. The electrical socket is the same three pin, so the factory plugs will still fit.

The lamps are labeled as 60/55W, which may be higher wattage than stock lamps. Electrical load measured at 14V:
low beam: 3.2A (=45W)
high beam: 4.8A (=67W)

My impressions: the Xenon bulbs are moderately blue, and not as bright as I expected. The Delta housing gives a very sharp upper cutoff and its pattern puts more light to the upper right. I noticed some spillage onto the ground right in front of the car.
After two years using the Xenon bulbs, I replaced them with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs ($50 a pair) and found them brighter with more natural color than the Xenons. Even with these bulbs, I still have difficulty seeing far enough to drive comfortably at night. I believe I was happier with standard sealed-beam halogen bulbs.
