A friend of my father-in-law has what he was told was a 427 from a 'Vette in the 37 chevy he bought. After looking at the code on the block pad I believe it is out of a truck.

If it is from a Truck, I suspect a 427 Tall Block.
I cannot find this code listed anywhere. Can someone help please?

1974 or 1979 454 245 or 210 horse out of a truck.
