I recently inherited a distributor that has me stumped. Cannot find the part number in Colvin's "Chevrolet by the Numbers" book. Date code is 3L28, which should be 11/28/73, and the p/n stamped on the housing is 1112105. Can anyone help???

Sorry Bill, I went through my "Cars and Parts"
Chevy casting#'s and stamped #'s book, and it has nothing for cars or trucks.

How about if they stamped the last 2 #'s wrong?
A #1112150 is for a 73 0r 74 L82 Vette.

Thanks for the replies. I thought of that, too, but I've never heard of a distributor being mis-stamped :confused: Guess it could be possible.
