Any tips on removing and installing a new set of rear shocks on a 69 Chevelle ?
Thanks.

When you jack up the car, Set the jackstands under the rear not the frame.
If the old shocks have been on a while, Spray them with a penetrating oil the day before (or at least several hrs). Spray the upper nuts, lower nut and the lower bushing. You will need a box end wrench on top of the upper mount to hold the bolts as you remove the nuts. On the lower mount, The bushing usually sticks to the shaft and is a real pain to get off. Don't be afraid to use a pry bar.
Good luck..

And stay away from air-shocks. They kill traction.
