Hi can anyone recommend a resource to determine production stats for specific trim configurations? >For example, how many Astro Blue, '70 LS6 coupes were produced having a 4 spd, bench seats & vinyl roof etc?< Do such stats even exist? Thanks.

They do not exist. Only stats on how many of each RPO code that was produced are available that I am aware of but not as a whole package.
