Can someone tell me if a rocker panel with the code 13617Z45R is an origonal rocker panel or a repacement from GM?

It's original...many of my 66 SS's had similar numbers. the rocker would be the same for a malibu and SS, so no need to make special part #'s for SS vs. Malibu...
