Looks like 2 horn relays on my old wire harness. Any ideas why there is two?

Anyone have an idea ?????

I have looked at the pic several times and I am not so sure the one on the left is a relay. It looks more like an old flasher or maybe a self resetting circuit breaker. Dosen't look like it has enough connections to be a relay. Not sure. Do you see any type of part number or writting on it?

I'm not too familiar with 67 wiring but could be an AC relay or power window relay? Not even sure those would be near the horn relay under the hood though.

The one on the left is the relay for the blower motor.
