Help!!!!Ok,I have seen all the discussions on radiator supports!I made the modification on the left lower corner and now my 4 row radiator fits nice.But now the fan shroud doesnt want to fit at the bottom in the clips,its like the whole bottom tray is too narrow.I am about a qtr inch away.I am not sure if its the radiator.I think I have the right shroud.THANKS for any info!!!

Check the part number on your Shroud to see if it's right...
Here is the GM Part#6261914 that is for your Chevelle with a Big Block... :)

Post a picture if you can it may help if we can see what the set up looks like in your car...

When I went from a two core radiator to a four core I had the same problem. I trimmed the shroud surface that touched the radiator. Once done the bottom of the shroud then fit into the clips.

Doesn't it look like it will work if you trim the corner of the shroud?

I see what your saying,the only problem is the whole bottom of the shroud is almost touching the radiator(hard to tell from photo).In the mean time,I made two new clips by putting an extra bend in it so it made it reach the shroud.Worked GREAT!!!Do you know how many different supports GM made for chevelles and malibus?Thanks for your info already!!!
