I have 2 questions maybe someone can help......
I was given an engine and the only code that is easily visible is T4151066 and k05 21 tmm what do these mean?
also have a chance to get a 67 chevelle malibu from someone but they don't have the title is there any way to do a vin search or title search on the car to check it out and acquire a title? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Better check with your DMV on how they handle cars without titles. May depend on which state it is from. I bought a 66, no title, from Alabama which did not need titles on old cars but it had a valid registration and my state just needed the old registration and a bill of sale to issue a new title.Your state should respect the rules of the state the car was last registered in.
I have seen adds for title companies that for a fee will get you valid paperwork to title a car in any state but I do not have any personal experience using them.
If the owner just lost the title they should be able to get a duplicate very easily from their DMV.
