Casting number 340218.
It has "GM T 7" stamped in it also.

anyone have any information on it?

Seems to be a mid 70's 454 oval port intake from what I can find.

The casting number is not listed in Colvin's 'Chevrolet by the Numbers' 1970 - 1975 book, so it could well be 1977.
