How many were produced? Vin sequence? and finally would one be worth restoring?(unfortunatly a SS is out of my price range) Is this a decent alterative? Bill Pritchard Aug 20th, 04, 9:34 PM The Heavy Chevy was essentially just a cosmetics option on a base V8 Chevelle. Blacked-out grille, domed hood, rally wheels, striping and decals. Sort of a 'poor man's SS', if you will. Standard engine was the 307; the 350 and the 400 big block were optional at extra cost. Not sure if Cowl Induction was available or not :confused: | ||
