i got standard drop in replacement bulbs from www.superbrightleds.com. good prices and good products. i also got 4 resistors from them so i could keep my thermal style flasher. works pretty good too.

Get a rear kit, not the bulbs. The bulbs are about as bright as the normal ones, but the kits make the normal bulbs comparable to looking at a candle vs looking at the sun with a kit. One of our sponsors sells a real nice kit.

I got mine from shiney-hiney, but you have to cut into the wires to hook them up (a problem for some that don't want to).

Here's the difference in intensity between old (top) and LED (Bottom):

Dave, I bought mine thru one our sponsers, Musclerodz.com, they had a special that if you bought rears they included fronts. They aren't that hard to wire in and the difference is dramatic. I have mine on sequencial and can be changed with a slide switch. They include flashers that are necessary for LED's.

I like the way these flash three times then come full on.
Gives that ditz behind you doing her eye lashes a heads up that you are stoping.
The sequential thing is to much like a F-rd, to me anyway.

Another member here was making these custom himself but has since cut back production. Much better quality then the china stuff others sell IMO. I have seen his work and its excellent. PM John Delke, aka John D and see if he is still making them.

Also. Your rears are much more important for LEDs then the front for obvious reasons. Even new cars with rear LEDs are still running a traditional bulb in the front signals.

John D makes a nice set of LED's that plug into the socket, no cutting of your wire harness.
