I would like to either polish and re-silver or replace the lens on the radio out of my 1970 Chevelle. The radio is a AM/FM 01BFP2 with the slide selector for AM/FM. I have remove the 4 spring clips but it appears that the slide needs to be removed before I can get the lens out from behind it.

Would like to know the best way to accomplish this before I break it and end up with junk. Any help would be appreciated.

If someone knows where I could get a Delco service manual that would also work.
