Looked at this car a few days ago. Needs quarters, door skins and some trunk floor work. Owner asking $4200 but my guess is he might go $3200.

There should also be a 2 or 3 alphanumeric code above the "65-13637" such as "2A" or "11C", etc for the month (number) and week of the month (letter) noting approximate assembly date.

21 ~ may be a GM 'corporate' engine (?) Normally this is '1' for Chevrolet, and 'x' for a model year, like '10' for Chevrolet, 1970. Looks like a 1971 engine but not sure about the leading '2'.

I would bet the engine is a 1971 Pontiac Ventura 307 V8 (aka Chevy 307) with a TH350.
