Hi,

Trying to attach a picture of what I'm talking about. Cant seem to do it.

Question one: Anybody ever succesfully remove the plastic chrome knobs for the kick panel vents on a non ac car (71)? I want to remove the originals and use the replacements with speaker cutouts.

I'm sure If I pull hard enough I'll break them. Based on past experience anyways.

Question 2: Kick panels with speaker cutouts... They do not appear to be available set up to make use of the vent pulls? Anybody have this problem? Looks like they come for ac cars and no ac cars, niether of which will allow you to use vent pulls?

On my vent knobs I just cut them off and glued new ones back on.
As for kick panels I have my original ones that have speakers in them and I have 2 vent knobs on each kick panel my car has no AC.
I think on a AC car their is no vent knobs.

Paul, they are threaded and will unscrew.
