Have an ElCamino and would like to now what the Dash Numbers and the Plate mean.

ENGINE PLATE: 69-13680 BFD5353

or
755R80 B90 72F (can not tell if its a 3 or a B)

1 - Chevrolet, 36 = Malibu, Custom El Camino, Concours w/8 cylinder, 80 = 2 door Sedan Pickup, 9 = 1969 model year, Z = plant (Freemont, CA), 326784 = production sequence.
Cowl Tag:
69 = 1969, 3680 = V-8 El Camino 2 door sedan pickup
The rest I can't seem to make out, can you take a picture of the cowl tag and send it to me? Might be able to give you a little more help.

You may need glass's, note the correct characters in bold
755 is trim code for Black vinyl bench seat interior
B80 is RPO for Roof Drip Molding
B90 is RPO for Door and Window Frame Molding
72 F is the lower and upper colors
72 - Hugger Orange **SEE NOTE BELOW
F - Brown Vinyl Top
01B is the build date code for Jan, 2nd week of 1969
701853-07-111 Production schedluing number, nothing to do with options.
NOTE--Paint color 72 was only available with SS equipment option.
