I just got a 67 SS and would like to know if anyone here can help me with the numbers on the engine.
T0620IG below that cast in is 7F100036

Does this mean made in Tonowanda on June 20th?
1967?
Was this a Chevelle motor?
Power glide?

If it's the matching engine to your VIN, it is a June 66 engine, the VIN derivitive shows it to be a very early built car. Hopefully some one with more knowledge will pipe in.

IG is a 325hp 396 out of a 67 Impala. It's not a Chevelle engine
