My blinkers blink slow and the dash turn signal arrows do not light up. I took the dash pad off and checked to see if there was power on the circuit board to the bulbs and there was, which means no ground, correct? The outside blinkers work (just slow). I also changed the flasher in the fuse block. I hate electrical crap does this mean I have to find out where the ground is supposed to be or is there an easier way to jump a ground. Not a lot of room back there to look around for wires. I took this dash apart for restor, so I may have left a ground wire off. Everything else works OK.
Any ideas
Thanks Chris

OK I followed a ground that came out of the loom that plugs in to circuit board and it went to steering column underside. I decided to take that off and move it to back of gauge cluster. When I removed it my left blinker started acting normal and light worked on dash. No change to RH blinker. I never put ground back on because I had to get back to work. WTF?
