I have come across a 1970 convert for sale. The build date(on the body plate) says the car was built "2A" which means Feb. 1st week correct? If that is correct(which matches with the vin), I thought the headlight trim (the chrome horizontal piece below the headlights was an early "option"(lack of a better word). This car is more that 6 months into a production run. On this car also, is rocker moldings that come to a point at each end. Is this a factory molding?
I am thinking about buying this car, it doesn't have much on the option list, but I have always want a convert 70.
I have tried doing a number of searches but its hard to search for something without know the correct name. pointing me to a link would be helpful also. Thanks for you time graemlins/thumbsup.gif
