This car has 3 controls for the heater on the inside of the car and all three cables are hooked up on the inside of the car under the dash (on the box)but on the outside of the car, under the hood, there's the blower motor box which has a door and a place for a cable to mount. Since all the cables are hooked up on the inside, why is there this extra spot on this door? I don't see any wiring for the blower motor either, like it was cut out or something.
How can I get skematic on it to put it together right?

Anyone?? Thanks for the help

Sounds to me like a factory A/C car (or A/C firewall box) with a non-AC dash and controls...

I have never seen a non-A/C car with a cable needed in the engine compartment... Just the three under the dash...

If you get an Assembly Manual for the 1967 Chevelle it should have both the wiring diagrams and many drawings showing the different pieces and their hookups for both standard heater and A/C setups... These are about $20 from resto suppliers, eBay and swapmeets...
