Here's most of it Rich from a source book I have.
STYLE 64 5415 - 1964 Chevelle 300 V8, 2 seat, 4 doors.
TRIM 778 - Red interior.
PNT 948 - Palomar Red.
Hope this helps a bit.

Did you check the Decoding resources thread? :D
I show the 5415 model as a Chevelle 300 wagon, 2-door, 2 seat V8.
The "EP" means the body was made at Euclid, Ohio and "K" after the paint is Kansas City for final assembly - confirmed in the VIN as well. I have two 64 El Camino "EP" tags (plus 3 for 65 Elkys and 2 for 65 wagons coded "EUC") like this.
http://www.chevellestuff.com/64elky/tags/tt_kan01_ep.jpg and http://www.chevellestuff.com/64elky/tags/tt_kan02_ep.jpg
I do have another 5415 tag from Van Nuys. (http://www.chevellestuff.com/64velle/tags/tt_vn01.jpg) The "ACC" line is different from the 'typical' E 3C 5W-type coding as well. Never seen anything like the "EG EK PR-EW" on yours; that is, no group numbers for groups 2 through 5.

Glad you jumped in Dale, I forgot to add the "wagon". Also, my source has the number of doors on a different line than the model and I was reading the line below rather than the line above graemlins/clonk.gif  Does that make any sense? Confirm the 2 door.

The car is a '64 2-door wagon with a V8, air conditioning and a four-speed. I'm trying to help the owner determine if the AC and 4-speed are original.
