Here's most of it Nate.

ST 69 13637 - 69 Malibu 2 Door Hardtop V8.
BAL - Baltimore Assembly Plant.
TR 756 - Black Buckets.
PNT 59 S - Frost Green, Green Vinyl Top.
07E - Build date, July, fifth week (probably 1969).

Hope this helps.

All I can add to Don's decode is the '859' portion of the last number group is the trim inspection sequence number found on trim card. Nothing on the trim tag except possibly paint codes 72 or 76 and nothing on the VIN will prove a SS. Paint 72 and 76 (Monaco Orange and Daytona Yellow) were special colors for the SS, but any color could be ordered if you just ask. I don't know if a special order paint color of orange or yellow (on a non-SS) would have the codes or simply dashes "- -" indicating special paint color.

Yes Dale, for a "non SS" car in Monaco Orange or Daytona Yellow the paint code would read "-- --", even on COPO's in those colors.
