Never heard of them but could be a later (=>69) frame supplier. Gentleman sent me photo of a 69 frame with the following stamping:
HAYES
3943331
26 69 1

Hayes is obviously the manufacturer, 3943331 the mfgs part number, but the date format isn't familiar; 26th day of 1969, 1st shift?; month date run together like February 6, 1969, 1st shift?

Thoughts?

dale, i just ck'ed my frame number & it's the same as what you have but has a " s" with a circle around it with a 2-27 -s2 - xk after that? my 69 chevelle was built in april of 69. bill

Yep, They were Kelsey Hayes back then. Big Gm supplier then and now. I was just in a Hayes plant that was doing alot of different car and truck spindles for GM.

With the Banks pulling the loan notes on supplyers because of a lack of recievables there will be alot more major supplyers filing. Here I thought the banks got the bail out money to help with loans. Insted they are destorying the manufacturing industries to save them selfs.:confused:
