VIN: 136370A158895
13637 ~ Malibu V8 2-dr sport coupe
0 ~ 1970
A ~ Atlanta assembly
158895 ~ sequential production number starting with #100001 - 58,895th Chevelle built at Atlanta for the 1970 model.
Body Plate:
The hand stamped '8' is not unusual, especially for Atlanta or for 1970. To my knowledge, nobody knows why extra numbers are stamped on the body plates.
13637 ~ same as VIN
A ~ Atlanta
44514 ~ Fisher Body unit number (would appear on build sheet if you found one)
TR 756 ~ interior trim code for Black Coated Fabric bucket seats
B80 ~ Roof Drip Molding
B90 ~ Door Window Frame Molding
58 B ~ lower and upper paint colors-58 being Autumn Gold and the 'B' is for black vinyl top.
400155 ~ plant tracking numbers. However, the 0155 should also appear in block 24 of the build sheet. Only relevance at this point to to verify a build sheet (if found) is for this car.
There should be a body build date on the last line to the left of the 400155 number. Something like 09B, 03A, etc. indicating the month and week.
Can't help on the 2DI suffix.

also has some crazy stamping on front of block suffix(2DI)? Will need more information to figure this out. List all the codes that are on the block pad. There should be 2 separate codes there, the engine code and the VIN derivative.

Does not look like anybody will be able to help with that. What you got does not follow the pattern. Either the block has had some machine work done or something happened to alter what was supposed to be there. These were hand stamped by line workers at about 1 per minute so errors and omission's do occur.
Maybe if you could post a image of the stamps, might be able to figure something out but without that, can't even guess what it means.
Another possibility is that you have a re-manufactured engine and those were stamped by the company that produced it. If so then you will never know.
