I need to replace the clutch in my 66 Chevelle. I've seen a 'clutch kit' offered on ebay from a company called phoenix friction $102. Has anyone used this kit? Just wondered about the quality and how it worked out. Thanks

I bought a cheapy clutch kit for $100 once. It slipped from the get go. Had to pull it and replace it within a month.

couldn't tell you how many cheapie units I have installed that failed quickly. My preference is OEM. I have never used the big buck hypo kits so I have no opinion there.

I found an OEM clutch kit made by Exedy, cost $165. Has anyone used one of these? If so how'd it turn out? Thanks
