Hey guys I have a question that Im sure some of you ran into during your restorations. My 67 inside heater box is in good shape but the foam that is on the blend doors is all coming off, some of these blend doors are not acessable without spliting pinch welds. The foam is supposed to stop air from seeping past a closed door, What do you do to rectify this issue. Also one of the pot metal pins for a cable atachment is broken do you have any ideas for repair (I do have another heater box with good pins but much more rust.) Thank you in advance for any info.

I'm not sure about the foam, but as far as the cable attachment...there is one on ebay for $3!
