: SWAP MEET FIND. Have gm part numbers but how do I tell what the part fits and year?

Filled the pickup today but now what do I have? There are numbers on everything but where to look them up and see what I bought?

A hollander interchange manual can be helpful. The version I have is a couple inches thick and covers 60 -74 or so. You can look up the part numbers and cross reference them to what they will fit.

eg: exhaust manifold 3989312 right exhaust manifold for 67 396 non AIR is a hollander number of 602

look up 602 and find it fits:
67-69 camaro, 1970 454 passenger, 70 72 monte carlo, 68-69 GMC with 396... etc.

Thanks guys, I will soon have some stuff for sale, afterall who really needs 75 upper rad hoses. :D
