It's a Rochester Q-Jet. Numbers are:
29202 DH 1339
The DH could also be OH, hard to read

29202 DH 1339 The complete carb # is 7029202. Lots of the q-jets don't have the (70) stamped on them. It was used on all 69 Chevy cars that had a 350, automatic trans, and a q-jet. Yours was built the 133rd day of 1969. Don't know what the DH is, maybe a shift code.

DH is the broadcast code.

As with most QJ's, and I think ALL that were installed on Chevy engines, your 7029202 is rated at 750 CFM.
