I have a 69 SS with a 454 with somewhere around 475-500 hp. I want a stock original type looking radiator. The ones at Advance and Autozone don't have the fill neck at an angle and extra hose fittings and such. So what place would have one like I am looking for?

The Parts Place has an original looking repro Harrison radiator. It's a 4 row, not a 3 row like the originals, and it's not cheap. I believe it's near $700.00. There are also aluminum radiators out there, that look like the Harrison's. They're a little cheaper.

I would go with one of these units. http://www.chevellecooling.com/ Paint it black for the original look.

I have one in my 69 and am very happy with it.

Good suggestions. I checked Ausley's website out and they have one as well. What do you do about the radiator support plate on top? I know somebody out there is reproducing the 4 row support somewhere but I just don't know where.

I know that Hinshaw's Chevelle Parts (http://www.hinshawschevelle.com/) sells the top plate and I would guess that Ausley's probably does as well.

Big 2nd to that suggestion. VERY happy customer here, and as close looking to stock as you'll get in an aluminum rad.
