Where are the numbers located on the frame? Thanks

the only numbers I know of are the part numbers on the right rear passenger side of frame
I have never seen any other numbers anywhere on the frames 68 or 69
not to sure about 70 and up whereas these are slightly different but I don't recall seeing any on those either

on my 69 the vin was on the left or right rear frame rail. im not sure which one anymore

Drivers side rear frame rail, the VIN should be on top and build date on the side.

I have looked on all four 69 frames that I have in stock and I can't find a vin number anywhere
I know they were on the top on truck frames but can't find any here
what is the exact location of the vin

Our Baltimore built Chevelle had no VIN stamped on the frame, just the manufacturers numbers. The VIN was stamped upside down below the round and rectangular heater openings in the firewall.
