I have had the rear out of the car for sometime. I put new trailing bushings in upper and lower arms. I painted them and now forgot which way they where in.Does it made a different which way they go? The lowers have two hole on top of arms one small and one big? Thanks for any help.

The lowers make no difference, you want the nuts for the bolts facing inboard, so if you ever want to get them back out you can use a hammer on the end of the bolt. If you have 12 bolt uppers the one with the extra patch of metal goes on the driver's side.
