I am installing my Spaghetti lights, and was told to order 2 electronic flashers. I see the one in the fuse panel, but where is the second?

Thanks!

It is probably on a clip on the right side of the brake pedal bracket. It is on a long wire that can allow it to be put anywhere to the right of the steering column.

Usually on a clip screwed to the lower dash support, just to the right of the steering column. It has 12 ga (large) pink and purple wires attached to it via a "L" shaped connector housing.

It also only has 1 screw that holds the bracket which holds the flasher.
The flasher is a small rectangle shape.

Original style flashers are round.

The newer electronic flashers are about 1" x 1" x 2" cubes.

Might be different on a 69 then??
The round one that you have linked is what is in my fuse block and I have a small rectangle one above my dash next to me steering wheel.

Couldn't find it, so I turned on the emergency lights and they use the same flasher as the turn signals!

No they don't! The hazard flasher and signal flasher are always separate.
The hazard flasher is usually in the fuse block, the signal flasher is usually clipped to the bottom of the lower dash panel. After 40 years the signal flasher is usually dangling by 2 wires somewhere under the dash panel.

Why could I feel the flasher in the panel clicking with the E-lights? I thought it was a done deal, I just dropped the issue. I need to pull the one from the panel and see if the E-lights still work.

The flasher in the fuse panel is for the 4-way or emergency lamps.
