ST 69 13637 - 69 Malibu 2 door hardtop V8.
BAL - Baltimore assembly plant.
59 E - Frost Green wih Parchment vinyl top.
03 D - Build date, March, 1969, fourth week.
TR783 - Green bench seat.

Hope this helps.

Based on other 69 data, I know the last three digits of "710" is the trim inspection sequence number found on trim card. Essentially, it's only of significance if you have the paperwork of the car as it came down the assembly line.

The rest of it "B M153" are still unknown, AFAIK.
