Does anybody know if a 66 Skylark floorshift column is the same as a 66 Chevelle column?

Does anybody know if a 66 Skylark floorshift column is the same as a 66 Chevelle column?
I think so measure them out first they are the basic same car as far as frames and etc

It will work but the bowls are different looking...

yes i believe the skylark shiftbowl is smaller and shorter than chevelle. if you use it there will be a large gap between the dash and column making it obvious that you have the wrong column. but i believe it will bolt in.
