I have an extra 4-speed that I got in a bunch of other parts when I bought my '67. It's been so long (8-9 years), that I don't have any idea as to what I was told it was originally out of. Here are some pictures:

I think I was told this was a T-10. Is that correct?

Oh yah, here's some pictures of my car! Running at last!

It appears to be a Super T-10. Does the tailshaft have 32 splines? If so, that will confirm that it is a Super T-10.
It would be better if you took some overall pictures of the tranny as well as the numbers.

Ok, I'll take some more pictures tonight. Is there a way to tell which model or year car this transmission came out of by the numbers on it?

Based on the casting number 1304065903 and 2-19-81 date on the main case it is a 1981 Super T-10 quite probably originally installed in a Camaro. The number of circular rings on the input will tell you the particular ratios.
