Hi guys, I just spent the last weekend working on getting some of the gaps on the velle looking reasonably "ok".
The car has 1 repop door and 1 original door off someone elses car.
Also both front fenders have been patched, poorly if I do say so myself, so lining things up is pretty difficult, for me anyway.

This car was an older resto and the guy was a major hack, both quarters have been patched at least once, (driver side x2) and both rockers had been removed at some point.
I really don't have any straight panels to use for reference :(

So what do you guys think?

I know the car is a mess, it kinda started life that way.

OK, Heres what I see (that I can remember) . P door, Adjust the door to raise the rear for rocker clearance.. P side fender, After the door is level, The fender may need to go forward a little for gap clearance. You can also adjust the front of the fender up if your lower door gap is still tight...DR door, Gaps look pretty good. You may want to adjust it up a little for more rocker clearance. Hood, Gaps look good, But it looks like it needs to come forward a little to match the ends of the fender.. You can adjust the hood bumpers to match fender height....
All in all, I think you've done a great job with the hodge-podge panels. Don't be afraid to add some filler over the gaps and sand together to make the alignment perfect... ...
