I bought a jeep cherokee box from a friend who hadnt installed it yet. I know the box will fit in my 66 no problems. (I have already done this swap in my camino)

1) He bought it for his 69 and bought the Lee kit. I assume this rag joint will work in my 66?

2) I still need a power steering pitman arm and my other friend has one from a 72, will this also work in the 66?

From my research and understanding, the parts you have will work as long as you use the pitman arm from a Chevelle power steering gear box. Make sure the gear box is from a 1992 1/2-1998 Jeep GC.

The rag joint will work, but you'll need a p/s pitman arm from a 66 Chevelle. The 68-72 pitman arms are different.

Not sure if a 67 is the same as 66, but it might be.
