I know the vin form the registration but I can't find it anywhere on the car ?? It doesn't have a dash tag under the windshield. Anywhere else I should look ?

If you don't have a small plate on the dashboard just behind the windshield on the drivers side, you have problems :eek:

Ohh..goody, :eek: I better go look a little better. Is it possible a replacement dash pad or even the original put on wrong could be covering it up ? The cars at the impound lot so I wont be able to check until tomorrow.

Here is a pic of my 72 vin tag. It's in the 1 inch space between the front edge of the dash pad and the bottom of the windshield. It's about 12 inches from the left side of the windshield....
