i cant find the casting number on my heads, all i found was the date codes. help

Depending on the type of head, they should be in the same valley as the date codes, maybe above a different cylinder bore though. That's GM, at least.

all i got was W E19 93 NH 1-037

nothing else is visible, i looked with a flashlight too.

i looked where they are located on mortec.com but on my heads i have the like a guide which is a plate and it guides the valve i guess. its underneath the rocker and spring. also on my rockers there is the letter "T" stamped into the top of them

i think the casting number is located underneath the guide. if i removed the rockers and guide out of the way would it be hard to put them back on ?

If you remove the guide plates, you'll have to re-adjust the valves. I would think there's enough room to see under them..
