I have a 68 chevelle with a small block chevrolet that I am having some steering issues with.
The steering was shuddering when turning corners under slow speeds. sometimes it was like there was no steering at all. checked all the simple stuff belts, brackets, fluid level ect. all good. Replaced the power steering pump couple of days ago, and it is better but still not right. Bled the system manually by raising front wheels and turning from side to side. Now when your driving it feels like it is shuddering when turning corners under slow speeds.
Does anybody have any ideas?
