I'm in the process of restoring a 65 malibu SS conv. It appears that the trunk lid has been replaced. I've noticed that there are no holes in the deck lid to mount the Malibu SS badge. (The one that goes on the right side between the die cast moldings) I have the badge but was wondering if anyone can give me the precise locations for the holes. It appears to be in the middle of the space between the moldings, but how far from the right edge of the deck lid is the first hole and what is the diameter ? I would prefer to not just "Eyeball it" from the picture in the brochure.
Any insight would be appreciated.

If you can wait till Monday, I'll have an answer for you. Have an original trunk lid.
