I am trying to locate the vin # on a 66 chevell SS. I have looked on the front window and doors. Where would they have put this #. I would just look on the title but I is at my house,OH and I am here TN where the car is.
any help would be appreciated!!!!! (This car was bought new by my dad in 66, so I know it has not been tampered with)

The 66 original vin tag is rivited to the body on the forward drivers door pilar.
