CKH in '77 is a 350/170hp LM-1 used in Camaro Chevelle and Nova. But with the assembly plant of Arlington TX it must be a Chevelle engine.

Thank you Rene!! graemlins/beers.gif

I guess being a whopping 170hp motor, this is more than likely a 2 bolt block...

Hey Speedster, don't snub this engine. I am amazed at the info that Rene has at his fingertips (and we appreciate it!). That engine was the same thing that powered Z28s in the late '70s to mid-15s in the quarter. It really is not significantly different from any L65 (350-2 barrel)or the LM1 & L48s. It may not be the most desirable engine, but it can definitely be used to make some horsepower. A decent set of heads and a few aftermarket peices and you'll have a nice daily driver.
