i have an 84 camaro that i just put a 350 small block in with a r4700
transmission i had 2 shifters both b&m mega shifters just one is for the r4700 has the right gearing set up the other is for a 350 turbo transmission i had the other shifter(350 turbo) in it and it worked fine but then my shifter cable broke and i thought it was due to it being the wrong shifter so i put the other shifter(r4700) in it which is the correct one but now i am having a relay problem somewhere i dont know if it is the box on the shifter it self or somewhere else it will only crank if the key is on and i touch a prong to the shifter relay if i leave it on it just keeps turning and it eats up the flywheel if it is the relay on the shifter could i just switch the relays from the other shifter?
