712139 130270 are Plant codes. Actually, the Fisher Body unit number (14494) isn't necessarily a sequence number but simply a number assigned by GM when the body was ordered to be produced. It has nothing to do with the normally accepted 'sequence number' of the vehicle itself as noted identified by the VIN plate.

FWIW, the two plant codes can be found on the build sheet in the upper right block and not always as depicted on the trim sheet. For example, the first 6 digits may appear as one group but the second 6 digit group do not...normally only the last 4 digits of that group are in this block while the first 2 digits are found elsewhere on the build sheet.
