the screw in the swivel bracket can only be tightened so much and it does not squeeze the plastic spacer tight enough.i tried using some electrical tape but it still keeps falling.any body ever have this problem.thanks for any help john.

There is a plastic sleeve inside of the sunvisor that goes over the shaft. you can get them from yearone , lengendary etc. unscrew the screw, pull out shaft , install the new plastic sleeve . reinstall the shaft and screw and whockoo !! no more slipping down visor.... !! I would remove the sunvisor, mount and all from the car to do the job also.
