Looks to be a typo error done on the assembly line. TriplblackL78 Jan 4th, 04, 1:50 PM ok or the B may be worn down there, as you can see the digits are very shallow, and even more so for the engine assembly date and prefix code, that will probaly require an advanced form of technology to reveal those more clearly. TriplblackL78 Jan 4th, 04, 11:02 PM well i don't think it could be a jan. 69 CE block since it was a july 69 built car, and it should read TO710 JD according to the POP, as i said that area is faint you can make out the T 0 J (about half of the J), so again i just wasn't sure where the 019 was coming from. john | ||
