I was wanting to know, does anyone know the original color of the headliner for an ivory(pearl) colored interior for the 1970 two-door hardtop SS? I've seen many with black and a few with the ivory.

I put a pearl white interior in my '70. From what I found the most common pearl interior has the black headliner along with black package tray, sail panels, carpet front kick panels, dash and dash pad. Seats, front/rear side panels, and arm rests are pearl white.

Not my car but my is done the same way.

My interior is pearl and my headliner is black, just as Dan described.

Mine is also black sorry I do not have a good picture. This is the orginal owner of my car and his son. You can barely tell but headlinner, dash and carpet are all black Rodney
