I've seen some stuff lately on people using 7 degrees of retard@7000 rpms. In fact the gm k66 "nascar" distributor adds 1 degree of retard every 1000 rpms after it reaches full advance...If anyone out there does this, would this help squeeze a little more power out of my 402, i shift@5400, cam is a .472 lift and duration 228/235@.050 installed 4 degrees advanced. i am currently using a mallory breakerless distributor with a pro-coil.
thanks in advance!

Check with MSD they sell something with a selection of chips the application would also help make a determination MIKE
