A mechanic friend was telling me a highway patrol friend of his was relating a Chevelle story to him.
Last week the HP got after a Chevelle here that had no license plate.
The Chevelle took off and the trooper driving a new Charger got left in the dust.
He radioed in and said he was chasing a 69 or 70 Chevelle but it was too fast for him. The Chevelle was never caught.
Guess Chevelle's still rule.
